6 Golds for Panthers at the LTA InterClub Poomsae Championship

On Sunday 21 June 2026, our students took part in the LTA InterClub Poomsae Championship and returned with 9 medals: 6 golds and 3 silvers.

The InterClub series is one of the internal club competitions we hold for our students with London Taekwondo Academy. It's a friendly, supportive way for children to experience competing for the first time, alongside students from across the academy.

Poomsae are set patterns of Taekwondo movements, performed solo and judged on accuracy, power, balance and timing. They take a lot of focus and practice, and our students' hard work in class really showed on the day.

Well done to everyone who competed. We're proud of every one of you.
