On Sunday 12 July 2026, seven London Taekwondo Panthers students took their very first belt grading, and we're delighted to say all seven passed, moving up from White Belt to High White Belt.

Gradings are one of the internal events we hold for our own students with London Taekwondo Academy. Students perform their basic techniques and patterns in front of a panel of examiners, who check their stances, kicks, blocks and focus.

A first grading is a big moment. Standing in a line in front of examiners takes real nerve, and every student did brilliantly. It's the first step on a belt journey that, with patience and practice, leads all the way to black belt.

Congratulations to all seven of our new High White Belts, and thank you to the parents for all the practice at home.
